    Yes. As a member, you'll receive catalogs from time to time, which give you a sampling of the most popular shopping items. Howerver, we're more than a catalog service.     Q. How do I get my order?

    All merchandise is shipped via UPS or common carrier. Prices do not include delivery unless free shipping is specified.

    Q. What if my purchase arrives damaged/broken?
    A.
    If your purchase is delivered by common carrier and is visibly damaged, refuse delivery. Call our Customer Service Department and we'll arrange to have a replacement shipped as soon as possible. If purchase is delivered by UPS, or if you find it is damaged or broken after you open the package, call our Customer Service Department. We'll resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

    Q. How long does it take to get an order?

    You'll get an estimated delivery date upon ordering.

    Q. Can I cancel an order with CompleteHome?
    A.
    Yes, as long as the item has not been received by the vendor or shipped. If the order has already been sent to the vendor we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call the Customer Service Department for return instructions.
