    No. You have the first month for a trial period, and can cancel at any time if you feel you aren't saving money. Your membership comes with a guaranteed refund of the unused portion of your current year's membership fee if you want to cancel after your introduction.

    Yes. At any time during your membership, if you're not completely satisfied with your benefits, just call our toll-free number and you will owe nothing further.

    Q. When does my introductory period start; how does it work?
    A.
    As soon as you sign on and your introduction is processed, you'll have 30 days to sample all the valuable benefits and services and with no further obligation to continue. After your introduction, unless you call to cancel, CompleteHome automatically extends your benefits and charges the current fee to your card on file, with no further action on your part, and will be renewed automatically upon expiration at the then-current annual fee. If the benefits aren't for you, call the toll-free number during your trial and you won't be charged.
